Cape Cod Architectural Style - the classic American form that was efficient and well thought out saw a Revival from the 1930 - 1950's. The Glen Ellyn Residence sits on an acre of land and was constructed during the mid 1950's.

The client's goal is to expand the foot print to include a Great Room, Master Bed / Bath, 2nd floor Laundry Room, Three car garage and large wood deck on the north side of the residence.

The expansion will add approximately 1,000 sf of living space wall the garage will consist of another 1,000 s.f. with work shop and car lift.
