Marco Island, Florida:  Re-roofing Project #1

This beautiful home is located on Marco Island and was built in 1987.  As much as we would like to take credit for this beautiful design, we can't - it was built before our time on the island.  I can say that we were able to assist the owner in helping with her roof repair due to the damage of Hurricane Irma. The damaged to the roof was extensive.  Numerous tiles were either missing or damaged on the ridge and the field tiles were shatter and also missing. The other issue is that the existing tiles are no longer available nor are they unable to interlock with the existing tiles translating into an entire new roof.
