The Wright Plan

The basis for the design was influenced by the “Prairie”, initially a concept created by Frank Lloyd Wright at the turn of the 20th century. With the “Prairie” House concept the house is designed with the prairie in mind, letting the house extend along predominantly horizontal lines and is found conducive to the geography of the Midwest. Large overhangs protect against the summer sun while allowing winter sunshine in. Large windows helps accentuate the “Prairie” style concept by visually expanding the main interior living space to the exterior.

The home will consist of the most recent modern construction techniques including, manufacture wall panels, geothermal, solar, spray foam insulation and a home automation system.
